  It's the most discussing place i have ever walked into.... its very very dirty, the service was slow, but the person who served me was pleasant. The place was a mess. Paper towel all over the floor, the tables was not cleaned, looked like they hasn't been cleaned in a week. The manager needs to be on top of this to keep the place respectable for the people to go to enjoy their tea or coffee. Its not the first time I experienced this. Was a few other people there and said it was dirty. If the health inspector showed up there this place would be shut down in a heartbeat.

  Good coffee most time but I don't like sitting in drive thru for 15 mins for 1 coffee when only 2 cars In the drive thru. Extremely slow service

  They had one person working the counter and I stood in line inside for fifteen minutes with about ten people ahead of me and Not a single person inside was served, while I would estimate thirty cars were served in the drivethru during that time. Drivethru has five people working it and is very efficient while the one worker inside seems to be doing everything themselves.

  As I sit here with my Tea with Milk and 3 sugar and reflect on the coffee I ordered with 1m/1s I have to say this is by far the worst Tim Hortons in Canada. This restaurant is clearly poorly managed. They never staff to the demands of the business. In the last 10 days I have gone everyday and have been given the wrong coffee 4 times. On my way to work I order oatmeal. They are always "out" at 9am? The service here is dreadful. There debit machine is broken at least twice a week. They do not put a sign in drive through nor inform you over the speaker so you sit in the line for 15 minutes and then be told they have no debit. I do not carry cash. The worst, by far, in Canada. An utter embarrassment to the franchise. It gets 1 star so I can post.

  About what can be expected at any Tim's. Decent coffee, good prices, fast service (especially at the drive thru).
